These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Red Tent Goddess ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website, programs, memberships, and services. 1. Membership & Community Guidelines
 

  • Membership provides access to exclusive content, events, and sacred teachings.

  • Members must be 18 years or older to join.

  • Respectful participation is required—any form of discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

  • The sharing of copyrighted or proprietary content from Red Tent Goddess outside of the community is prohibited.
     

2. Payments & Cancellations
 

  • Memberships, courses, and services may require a subscription fee or one-time payment.

  • Payments are processed securely, and all sales are final unless stated otherwise in a specific refund policy.

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for unused portions of a membership term.
     

3. Intellectual Property
 

  • All content, including courses, rituals, written materials, videos, and graphics, are the property of Red Tent Goddess and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

  • Members may use the materials for personal development but may not resell, repurpose, or distribute them.
     

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities
 

  • Members agree to uphold a space of support, respect, and empowerment.

  • Unauthorized promotions, spam, or solicitation within the community is not allowed.

  • Violating community guidelines may result in termination of membership without a refund.
     

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
 

  • Red Tent Goddess provides spiritual, educational, and personal growth content; however, we do not offer medical, psychological, or financial advice.

  • Members are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from participation in our offerings.
